We’re actually in a weird state of mind right now. To be honest, this can be a bit intimidating. We often take for granted that our businesses can run like a well-oiled machine. A well-oiled machine. The problem is, we don’t understand exactly how well-oiled it is. We can’t even really see, or measure, how well-oiled it is.
It’s interesting that at the end when we’re asked about how we got the job we took it as the “right” answer. What we usually get out of it is a bit of a “I’m not sure,” and then a bit of an “I don’t know,” and then finally we get to the “this is what we do” answer.
Most of our thought and actions are on autopilot. The “right” answer is to just put up a link to your website and say, “Hey, this is my site and it’s easy to do.” It may seem like a bit of a stupid question to ask, but that’s how it’s supposed to be.
Sure, we all want to be successful, but we don’t ever think about how, why, or when we’ll be successful in business. When we do, we often put the blame on ourselves. The problem is that we rarely take the time to truly analyze our own decisions. Instead, we rely on “immediate” gratification and don’t really stop and think about how we’re doing it. We just pick up and go.

Product and business analysis is not a task that you can perform by yourself. Its a process that requires the skills of a process engineer, analysts, and analysts. It’s an analytical study of the processes used to make various products, as well as the business and financial impact of those things. It is also a process that requires a level of expertise that you don’t necessarily have if you’re a developer.
That skill set is probably something that you have in abundance if youre a good developer, but a lot of the best developers are not great developers. Most developers are not great at process engineering, even if they have great programming chops. To some extent, you can think of product and business analysis as a skill set that is a little more than just programming.
Product and business analysis is all about looking at how a company does business and determining what business problems it needs to solve to survive. You can say that business analysts are business developers, but that doesnt mean that they can all code in the same language.
