Also, the site is completely free, which means you don’t even need to pay a penny. We believe that a large variety of people should be capable of doing anything, so we also don’t require any experience as long as you have that skill.
I think that’s a really good and useful thing to give people. Especially companies that want to hire people quickly, and who can’t afford to hire someone with a resume. I know I wouldn’t have been able to do that in my former job even if I had the time and money.
We are definitely not going to require a resume. However, you do need to be prepared with a good cover letter that shows you have the skills you need to do the job. That is also a good way to show people that you are competent and trustworthy because you can get in trouble if you dont.
Companies and individuals need to demonstrate they are competent in order to get a job. The same goes for people. You can get in trouble, but even getting fired from your own company can be a way to prove competence.
